Women's Beginner Strength Training

For full 6 weeks
Our Beginner Strength Training Classes are a 6-week onboarding program designed to help you build a strong foundation and develop a lifelong habit of strength training. This class is all about building your confidence and providing the accountability you need to make strength training a lasting part of your life. With a class size limited to just 4 participants, we ensure you receive the personalized attention necessary to succeed.

Longevity Strength Training
$300
For full 6 weeks
Our Longevity Strength Training Class is specially designed for our 50+ clients, with a focus on enhancing strength, balance, and mobility. This class will help you maintain or build lean body mass, improve your functional movement patterns, and ensure you feel strong and confident in everyday activities.
